I've had this feather tree for about 25 years and this year it is beside our TV in the Master Bedroom.
A few years ago, I found these little ornaments that are perfect for the tree.

The large Santa here with the birds and bird house I got for Christmas one year from my friends Tom and Joy.
The Santa with the boots and the one with the star my friend Linda, who passed away 8 years ago, got for me.
The Santa with the bird nest and holly on his hat I got from my DIL's mother, Gina.
I hope all your decorating is going a little faster than mine. Mr. Bird Nest actually thinks he stands a good chance of getting some cookies this Christmas if I finish soon. (He will.)

I've just begun with my decorating and as you might know from last year, I collect Santas. Here are the first three on my desk in the living room.
I love the biggest one here with all his bulbs for decorating.
This is the table and mirror in my entryway.
My lighted Christmas tree is our grandsons favorite decoration. They love to move the little bulbs around. The tree is about 35 years old and with all the moving I've done, it's a miracle it has survived.
I'm off this morning to get my Remicade infusion. Hopefully, it will give me the energy I need to finish all this decorating.

These are just a few of the boxes I'll need to unpack to begin decorating.
This is the wrapping paper, boxes and ribbon for gifts. I had to hide everything Thanksgiving day from some 4 sets of very inquisitive eyes.
Here's the tree and more boxes. Someday I need to pass some of these decorations on to my sons and dil's.
Wrapping paper and more decorations.
Maybe by the end of the week, I'll have this all put together.
One of my favorite Santas.
I always have these 3 little trees on my desk.
More Santas to display.
