LuAnn's Christmas Gift...

 

 My two nephews got this sled for LuAnn for Christmas.  Isn't it great?

LuAnn asked me what I would do with it and my first thought is to use it for a headboard.  What do you think?

Little snippets from Paul and LuAnn's Farmhouse

 

This was a picture that my mother had.

 

 This was a calendar from my parents dairy that the used for promotion in 1961.  Unfortunately, I don't have one of these.  I almost put it in my suitcase.

This is the cherry corner cupboard that came from my parents house.  The glassware collection is just some that LuAnn has.

 

I think this little cupboard is a reproduction but I love it.

  

 They have three great windows over their counters and sink.  Along the way....more sheep.

These are the windows by their kitchen table for four.  I love these tiny sheep. 

The guestroom bed faces this book shelf.  These sheep looked over me all night.  Needless to say, I slept great while I was there.  I was really tempted to take these sheep home.  I thought about hiding them.....but I didn't. 

 

 One of LuAnn's friends got her this.

These are just a few of her Longaberger basket collection.  The couple on the shelf is of LuAnn's late parents. 

 

 Isn't this quilt beautiful?

This is LuAnn's fireplace screen. 

 

I'm not sure who the clock came from but the fireplace was built by my late brother John.

 

This is my nephew Ben and his fiancee Chelsea.  They are going to be married in September.

Tomorrow you'll get to see what LuAnn got for Christmas.
