My temporary sink is gone and we’ve added all the cabinets. There are still drawers and doors left to go but we are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
As happens with most kitchen remodels, we’ve begun to see such a better use of the space in a small kitchen.
The space in the corner is the best. The bottom will have a lazy Susan and previously unused space will finally be put to use. Best of all, we’ll be able to find things.
I’m loving the glass fronts on the cabinets and I can’t wait to add the glass shelves and all of my beautiful Spode china.
Every homeowner with a farmhouse sink probably feels the way I do. HAPPEEEE!!!
Hopefully, before the end of the day, these shelves will be filled with china.
We even managed to clear off a lot of the table in the kitchen.
Of course we still have to add the hardware and I’ll keep you guessing as to what we’ve chosen.
Another cabinet in the corner where I previously had unused space.
I’m moving my glasses to the cabinet beside the refrigerator. My Daddy would be happy. He used to hate that my Mom’s kitchen had the glasses above the dishwasher and so far from the fridge. He used to keep his glass in the fridge so he didn’t have to walk so far to get it.
The drawers beside the stove will be put to good use too.
Tomorrow we go to order the Quartz countertops. Guess what color I’ve chosen?
