If you are searching for that perfect recipe to add to your Easter Table this is it. I’ve been baking this casserole every Easter for 40 years. My family and friends love it and I know your meal will be perfect with this casserole added.
Baked Pineapple Stuffing
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
5 slices of white bread (cubed)
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Turn into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
Great with ham.
It is super simple to make. You can ever make it the night before and bake it in the morning.
